"Mark was a very gracious host who made sure we felt welcome (almost like locals)--he epitomizes the Aloha spirit. New Years Fireworks in Waimanalo were off the hook! The private-feeling (though public) beach was way closer than it seemed from the description and it's an incredibly relaxing oasis. The best restaurants I found to be the Chef's Table in Hawaii Kai (808) 394-2433 & Los Garcias in Kailua (808) 261-0306. Mark's guest book was comprehensive & full of tips on where to go & what to do. Waimanallo is THE perfect location to jump off from & explore Oahu. Bottom line: Beautiful Waimanalo exceeded every expectation--Maximum Mahalo, Mark!"
